木霉属通用LAMP试剂盒特点：
聚合酶链式反应（PCR）是体外酶促合成特异DNA片段的一种方法，由高温变性、低温退火（复性）及适温延伸等几步反应组成一个周期，循环进行，使目的DNA得以迅速扩增，具有特异性强、灵敏度高、操作简便、省时等特点。本产品就是为满足这一需求根据 PCR 原理开发的产品，它具有下列特点：

1. 一管式操作，用户只需要提供样品即可。

2. 根据大豆热休克蛋白基因保守区域设计引物，能专一性检测出样品中的大豆成分，但不能检测其他非大豆成分。

3. 快速，整个检测过程（按一个样品计）所需时间仅为 2.0 小时。

4. 只需要普通 PCR 仪和凝胶电泳仪，无需配置贵重仪器设备。

5. 对混合样品中大豆成分的检测下限为 0.1%，对样品中大豆成分的核酸检测下限为 1.0ng/μL。

6. 本只能用于科研，足够 50 次 40uL 体系的常规 PCR。

本产品是即用型PCR试剂盒的改良产品，含有Taq DNA 聚合酶、dNTPs、MgCl2、反应缓冲液、PCR 增强剂、上样染料等所有PCR 所需要的成分，用户只需加入模板和引物即可进行PCR 反应，具有广泛的用途。
